Held in Belmore park across from central station, it was filled with 60 great stalls, live music, talks and food glorious food! I headed to the beer garden to grab a new cider (or two) they were trialing by Coldstream, was really good as far as ciders go but it also lead me to spend money on other things as i dazedly wandered around the stalls. I ended up buying some bamboo tooth brushes which I mentioned a few posts ago!
Ruby Fruit, what more can I say, as far as cheesecake goes, they're amazing, and that's before even consdering they are vegan. I really hope I can find a recipe to replicate thair deliciousness! Pictured: Lemon/Raspberry and White chocolate/passionfruit (which I had for breakfast this morning, YUM!)
oh I also included a photo of the ironic billboard on the public toilet at the festival, but as it happens it was covered in pro-vegan stickers by the end of the day :)
